3. Listings, pricing and availability

  • Furniture listings may be supplied by third-party sellers and can change quickly.
  • Prices, delivery charges, and availability may change before an order is confirmed.
  • We make reasonable efforts to keep listing details accurate, but errors can occur.

4. Payments and orders

  • Payments are processed by trusted payment providers, including Stripe.
  • An order is only confirmed once payment authorisation and acceptance checks are complete.
  • Where a listing is no longer available, we may cancel and refund the order.

5. Concierge and agency purchases

For concierge purchases, Loop may act as your agent to secure items from third-party sellers and arrange delivery. In those cases, the underlying sale contract may be between you and the original seller.


6. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from events outside our reasonable control.

9. Governing law
